Nexa3D Completes Acquisition of Essentium, Incorporating High-Speed Extrusion 3D Printers into Product Portfolio
In November last year, Nexa3D, a global leader in ultra-fast 3D printing with over 130 dealers, announced its acquisition of industrial 3D printer manufacturer Essentium.
Following the merger, the integration of Essentium's High-Speed Extrusion (HSE) technology seems to have empowered them with significant innovative and transformative capabilities in the realm of industrial 3D printing.
On January 13, 2024, Xpiens reported that Nexa3D has successfully completed the acquisition of Essentium. Known for its extensive material portfolio, award-winning high-speed extrusion 3D printers, and truly independent dual extruders (IDEX), Essentium has established its extrusion technology prowess in the industry by offering solutions that are up to 15 times faster for complex polymer production applications.
Avi Reichental, Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Nexa3D, expressed, "We are incredibly honored and excited to welcome the talented Essentium team to Nexa3D. This acquisition is more than a strategic move; it embodies our shared vision to drive innovation and deliver solutions that redefine industrial 3D printing."

We are amazed by Nexa3D's growth, technology, and speed of delivery and are excited to be a force multiplier in realizing the true potential of our merged enterprise."
The merger between Nexa3D and Essentium will provide industrial clients with the tools needed for scaled production and exploring unprecedented large-scale manufacturing opportunities.
With Nexa3D's extensive market coverage of over 130 dealers worldwide, coupled with Essentium's HSE technology, the merged entity becomes a force of transformation in the industrial 3D printing landscape.
